Is there a maximum number of issues on Jira Cloud?

As the title says, is there a max number of issues on Jira Cloud? Similar to the 5000 user limit.

If there is no specific max, is there a point in which Jira Cloud performance begins to worsen due to too many issues? At what point should an organisation consider switching from Cloud to Server?
