Is there a way to limit who can add/remove issues from Active/Planned sprint ?

Hello Everyone , 

I would like to limit who can add issues to active/planned sprint and those who can start/stop the sprint.
So, is it possible to achieve this separation in the Sprint management in our project ? 
I forgot to mention we are using Jira Cloud Premium.

Hi @Shimon Bitton 

Welcome to the community!

Only users with the Schedule Issues and Edit Issues Project Permissions can add/drag issues into sprints. If you would like to prevent users from doing this, restrict their Schedule Issues and/or Edit Issues permissions.

I read about this option when I was looking for answers on Google. I thought there might be a simpler way because I have several projects and they all use the same schema.
