Is there a way to set my Jira Dates to a calendar date (9/2/18) vs a relative date (2 days ago)?

I just want to change the way my dates show up for this one field. They show up with the number view for everything else.

We had a portion of our users wanting absolute and a portion wanting relative - using the setting above is a system wide setting though. We’ve been using https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215652/relative-time-converter?hosting=server&tab=overview though and it supports displaying both relative and absolute - been a big help.

Agree, this is very nice plugin. Unfortunately it doesn't work in Jira Service Desk.

I've been trying the links to get to the home Jira Home. The links haven't worked and a message about not supporting Cloud base applications came up.

Is there a way to change this setting for Cloud based applications?
