The problem is, in the past some workflows didn't have the post-function "set resolution" configured. It means that these Issues are blank in "Resolution" and "Resolved" fields.
I would to know if there is a way to fill in the fields with specfic values, like "Done" and "2024-08-01", for example.
I searched for this but I only found a solution to import CSV that doesn't seem to work because the Import External File feature requires a target project that must not exist in the instance. I want to modify Issues that already exists.
Hey @Pedro Webster ,
You can use import CSV to update retroactivately your resolved dates in your Jira. I know the new import CSV structure is not easy and it seems not allow us to manage issues already created. But what you need to do is click on Switch to old experience in the screen for import CSV and you gonna be addressed for the usual external system import experience.
Please, take a few minutes to read about the new import csv strucuture here: Import data into Jira from Asana, monday and other project management tools (atlassian.com)
But once again, you're able to make this by import csv, just need to switch the experience for the old one :)

I tried this and followed your steps exactly to update the resolved date and resolution - the import actually shows as a success even in the detailed log, but then i go to the tickets in question and they still don't have the resolution or the date resolved completed. Can you help?
