Isn't it like that, that Sprints belong to a project?

I am getting confused.

Why can I see Issues and Sprints of other projects in my backlog off a specific project?

@Bata, Sprints can contain issues from any projects within Jira even though they are 'assigned' to a specific project. Jira will automatically show other sprints that contain your project's issues.

And additionally, you will need the manage sprints permission for each project when a sprint contains issues from multiple projects.
