JIRA Cloud for Sheets not fully loading

When I open the "Jira Cloud for Sheets" add-in, it seems to load, but not fully run.  I'm left with a blank box on the side panel:

I've tried reinstalling, but it continues to fail like this.

Hi Doug,

Thanks for reaching out, and initially I would suggest checking a few local settings like the browser caching or extensions to see if there is a conflict occuring.  Check out our "Browser Troubleshooting Guide" that has a good breakdown on the items to look at.

Additionally, if this does not narrow it down, also check the Browsers developer tools Javascript console to see if there are any explicit errors in the output at this location, that could help narrow down the cause.

I am having the exact same issue, this used to work fine, I checked your broswer setting guide, checked with chrome safari chrome incognito mode, reinstalled the add on nothing seems to work!
