Hello,

I'm going to upgrade my Jira from 7.5.2 to 8.0.2. I choose the "easy way" because it is not mission critical. However, after several steps, it is stuck at the "Upgrade checklist" window. The Upgrade button is greyed out even I've done the Jira health check and app compatibility check. What else should I do to continue the upgrade?

I actually ran into the same issue. The dumbest fix is because of windows stupid scaling issue. I went on a larger resolution monitor and there's a "I've already done everything" checkbox that you need to check before you can click the upgrade button....

I just saw this... Some issues really do make you question your intellect.

Thanks!  We had this problem in Windows, I don't understand why the screen defaulted to hide that box.

Thanks IT Infra team! I just clicked tab forward (because checkbox not visible), and then Enter, and here the Upgrade button was clickable,

Hi @Kevin

Check if the JIRA license is expired? if the license is expired then update the license try to upgrade the instance. if the license is valid then provide the logs to verify this issue.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply, the license should be valid. I've just updated a new license.  Which logs should I provide and where is it located?
