What do you mean by "case study slider"?  What are you looking for here?  A job description?  Training?  An idea of what a Jira admin does all day?

I want to know the scope, purpose and the activities of jira administrators.

They run a Jira system for their users.  I can't really tell you a lot more than that, with such a vague request.
