Jira Cloud 500 Error, Confluence Works Fine, Using Chrome

Natalie White August 7, 2018

Have been using Jira and Confluence cloud for years. Yesterday starting getting a 500 error when trying to go into Jira. Cleared my cache and it worked again, then kicked me out later in the day. Confluence is working just fine. If I open Jira in an incognito tab it works fine too. Other than regularly clearing my cache which is a pain, anyone have ideas on how to fix? What to look for?

Ended up clearing full cache including browser history and haven't had a problem since.

There is an issue on atlassian at the moment that we are tracking. There is an partial outage. That is th ereason for our 500 errors.

@Natalie WhiteSo  it could be problem  with version  of   chrome, try  to  update your web browser to  latest version  and  see whether this  helps.

Best!

Didn't work, already running the latest. Tried restarting computer and browser to double check, didn't work. Thanks for trying!
