I had configured jira service desk, now my project has been deactivated for some reason, I have activated Jira Service Management, but my project data that was in JSDK cant be loaded, it asks me to create a new project. What am i suppouse to do now? What about all of my data, automation and all the work I put into customization? Even if i click to configure new project jira eternaly ask me to TRY THE NEW MANAGEMENT, over and over again. How can i retrive everything I had in JSDK into Management? Is all lost? Is this a joke?

@Szymon Ptak - hi Szymon! It looks like your Jira Service Management subscription was suspended.

This post has instructions on how you can resume payments. I would confirm that your billing info is correct for your Cloud site: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-to-re-subscribe-to-suspended-subscriptions/qaq-p/799563
