Jira integrated with AD Authentication. How to enable vendors to look into Jira issue status?

Present we are using AD Authentication for Jira.

1. Clients requesting to enable access on Jira to know the statistics.

2. But As per AD policy, we can't add users from other domains into AD.

Please suggest a way to enable access for vendors  on Jira Project.

Have you tried creating an account directly on the Jira server? or is AD required?

We fetching users from AD into users menu, after that we enabling the Application access to that particular user only. did not tried on Manually adding an user, let me check once

Hi edwin,

After the integration with Microsoft AD.  i'm able to add users into internal directory. Did not checked also with this option previously.
