I posted this question to the community, but it seems to have gotten itself missing- so I'm hoping I'm not duplicating it.
Is there a means to place a Jira (Cloud) desktop shortcut, or are users required to search for the project across the web (Favourite, Search, manual address typing, etc)
I have searched the documentation, but most of the Cloud documentation appears to be inaccurate or unhelpful.
Apologies if duplicated.
Cheers

Welcome to the Community! If you're using Chrome , you can select 'Save and Share' from the (...) menu and then 'Create Shortcut':
Hey thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, I and my users are restricted to MS Edge. Those menu options do not appear.
However, your suggestion did lead me to find the option to pin to the Taskbar: More Tools > Pin to TaskBar. I was hoping that Jira might have had an option to do this or place an icon on the desktop automatically, but this is a good workaround.
Thanks!

I just use a browser bookmark since it will be a browser session anyway.
