Jira server 7.12.3 very slow re-indexing

Hi, 

we use Jira Server Software version 7.12.3 and re-indexing is very slow. Installation is on Linux with 24 GB RAM, 4 CPU. When start indexation on background ram is on 15% and CPU is over 300%. For 5 min we take 1% of indexation. Before we use older version on Jira without this problem. Can you tell me what can be the problem?

When run re-indexing in safe mode work very fast - for 15 min 100 %

Our instance (hosted) has about 80,000 issues and it takes about an hour to reindex 100% after 7.12.3 upgrade.    Prior to 7.12.3 upgrade, it took about 18-20 minutes for 100% reindex. I agree the reindex post-7.12.3 has been significantly slow.
