Jira server installation on another server

Hello community, 

We want to migrate the Jira Server to another server due to some hardware issues, we had followed the steps in Atlassian documentation : Migrating Jira applications to another server , but the issue seems to be caused by the license. It expired in 2020, and it is stated that we can still use it for products released before 2020.

However, we have tried several versions that meet this criteria, but the license is always rejected.

Can you please advise how to manage that or at least download the jira server archives in order to have the possibility to install it again in another server

Thanks you for your feedback, we need to download the archives of the insalled version in our server so that we can install it in another server.

However we still have the issue to install the jira server instance in a new server,

Can you please advise how we can do it with?
