Jira workflow access problem

I can not access the workflow. I am getting the errors which are in the screenshots. Do you have any solution? (An error occurred whilst rendering this message. Please contact the administrators, and inform them of this bug. Hi Tuncay,

Thanks for your support. We have a jira test environment for a company. We can not access any workflow, not just 1 issue or 1 workflow. Unfortunately, we could not identify the cause of the problem and the solution. I reviewed the solution you sent, but unluckily it does not seem to suit our problem.
