Hi,

I have pasted this code in setenv file and restarted my jira:

CATALINA_OPTS="${GC_JVM_PARAMETERS} ${CATALINA_OPTS} -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=8099 -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.local.only=false -Djava.rmi.server.hostname=18.2*2.**.**"

And "jconsole 18.2*2.**.**:8099" in terminal

that's it...

Cheers,

Jeevan

Let me know if you have any questions,
