Hi
There are 14 Issue Linking Types in my instance that I want to clean up and create standardisation and governance - we only need a few and I want to stop users selecting irrelevant ones by deleting them all together and maybe creating new ones that are more relevant for Canon
I can see how many issues are linked in the 'Issue Linking' Admin area but how can I filter to show issues that are linked using a specific linking type?
Thanks
Hello Sherry,
Did you try using the dependencies view in Plans, (Advanced Roadmaps) ?
There is a tab in that view which allows you to select only specific link types and their issues to be displayed.
I don't know if there's any way to do this within the admin panel.
Kind regards
Andrei
I want to see what issues are linked for every project within my instance - is there a certain filter I can create for this?
Thanks
Sherry

@Sherry Nightingale just replace the values from the above example with values from your Jira instance.
Let me know if this helps

@Andrei Eleodor Sirbu That's great - it worked :-)
Instead of selecting individual projects though is there a way just to search on the issueLinkType so it shows all issues regardless of projects that use that issueLinkType?
Thanks
Sherry

Sure you can make it even simpler . This will show you all issues with a issueLinkType regardless of the project

Amend the JQL @Andrei Eleodor Sirbu provided.
Use: issueLinkType = or IssueLinkType in ()
= for a single option and in () for multiple options
