Move BigPicture section of an issue further down on the screen

Is there a way to move the BigPicture section of an issue further down, below the issue links section?

The section, to which you refer to: BigPicture - Work Breakdown Structure, cannot be currently moved on user demand, to the other area of the JIRA Issue Page since this is hardcoded. However, we will take your feedback into consideration during our product roadmap planning sessions, so that it may happen that one day it will become possible to do so.

Hi Matthew,

In general, yes, but for this particular action, we do not have a task created in our Jira yet, since this is still to be assesed by our Product Management. Alternatively, please kindly take a look at our product roadmap, since this activity should be also reflected  there:
