Hi,
We are trying to integrate Servicenow with Jira for Software Asset Management. Servicenow can integrate with on Jira site only as explained in their document here : https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-management2/concept/integrate-with-jira.html
How can i integrate multiple sites since we are an enterprise org with Servicenow? will we be able to do with Jira API?
@Shashank Agrawal hello. you should be be able to execute this case, just as Lucas has mentioned. If you decide to switch the approach and try something out of the box - check out ZigiOps (at the Atlassian marketplace) .
ZigiOps is a fully no-code platform that enables seamless integration between multiple Jira sites and ServiceNow for Software Asset Management (SAM), streamlining data synchronization and automating workflows. It ensures that incidents, software license requests, and asset data are accurately synced between Jira and ServiceNow, providing real-time visibility and up-to-date compliance. As a result - you'll have flexible field mapping, centralized control across Jira instances, enhanced security, and automated processes for software asset tracking. Plus, ZigiOps ensures data accuracy, improves efficiency, and simplifies the management of software assets across large-scale enterprises.
Feel free to check it out - you can book a free demo to see its capabilities or go for a free trial and test it yourself.
Regards
You can integrate ServiceNow with multiple Jira sites manually, but since yours is an enterprise - here’s the risk:
It really depends on how much manual effort you want to invest vs. having a fully managed, enterprise-grade sync. In the meanwhile – here's how you can start syncing Jira-ServiceNow with OIM's free trial.
Hope this helps!

yes you will be able to integrate Service Now with every single Jira instance within your organisation. You just have to provide a different base url for every site you want to connect.
E.g.: 1st Site with Jira: agrawal1.atlassian.net
2nd Site with Jira: agrawal2.atlassian.net
You could use one service user for handling this process since the user is able to access different sites with the same API token if he has the right permissions set. You can find the general Jira Software API documentation here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/rest/intro/#introduction
It also seems like you want to handle some asset data. Each Jira site has it`s own workspace ID. So thats something you have to consider aswell if you want to sync some data to each Jira site. The Asset API can be found here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/assets/rest/api-group-aql/#api-group-aql
