Hey, I have a question about one of my jira board. We have created several columns on the board, such as 'Ready for Dev', 'In progress', 'Ready for QA' ...
My question is when I change the cards in backlog to any of the those I mentioned above, the cards are not showing in the board. They stay in the backlog, with the new status.
It is only happening in one of the boards I am managing. So it must be a setting issue. But I could not figure out what I can do.
Could anyone give any suggestions please?
A million thanks!
Hi @Jessie Pan ,
Can you check if the status is unmapped that might be the problem,
Hope it works.
Thanks
hey, thanks so much for your quick reply. May I ask how to check that?

Hi @Jessie Pan ,
You might be using Scum board, that is the reason the issue stays in the backlog in order for it to appear on the board you need the issue to be in active sprint.
Thanks.
