Need to Update the List to show the Assignee with name not just Bubble...

I can get a bubble and name with @ Reporter but when I try to add @ Assignee I only get a bubble. How can get the bubble and full name of the Assignee on my list? Thanks!

Hi @Gene Sullivant

Looks like Assignee field on the list here is custom one not Jira assignee field. Can you try to add a column and search for Assignee.

But you can check if you have any duplicate fields with Assignee name once,

Pinky,

You were exactly correct and that seems to be our issue. The custom Assignee field was the team wanted a User picker field. We are providing them with the options to decide which situation they want to solve.

Thank you for jumping on this so quickly and providing the answer. Stay tuned.
