Notifications for subscription cost threshold

Is it possible to set up alerts for billing account amount thresholds? For instance, if the combined subscription amount for all subscriptions reaches xyz amount, an email will be sent to the billing admins.

Hi @Ephraim ,

Unlike a cloud service like AWS, or GCP, I don't think Atlassian bills on a daily consumption basis.

Although to answer your question, there doesn't seem to be a trigger for a billing alert yet, there is one for the Total seat usage across an enterprise org but that won't be the same as what you're looking for.

While having the ability to view the data through an API can be useful, it would be nice to have the ability to set simple thresholds/notifications through the web interface. Is there an open ticket for that type of enhancement?
