Hi Team,

One of my project user unable to see the newly added custom fields in old issues and he can able to see the custom fields in new create screen and he has jira project admin privileges also there.

CAN ANYONE HELP ON THIS

The fields are not appearing on the Edit Screen of the Old tickets.

Hi @Anil ,

Custom fields will display in a ticket only if it has any value. When new field is created, obviously the old  tickets will not have any value in the field.

Open the old ticket, click Edit and update the field with required values. 
Please note: Field should be present in issue type edit screen

Those fields are not appearing on the edit screen of the old issues. For other user those fields are appearing for old issues also

Hi @Anil ,

Please ask user to open ticket in edit mode. In the new screen opened, please ask user to check the fields under Configure fields section.
