Problems change Owner API

Hi, I'm currently facing a problem. I want to change the owners of all filters in the cloud and enter myself as the owner. As described in the DOku:

https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-filters/#api-rest-api-3-filter-id-owner-put

I get a 403 error though: user is not an owner of the filter or does not have Administer Jira global permission.

This response is documented in the documentation, but I don't know how to get rid of it because I am registered as Org-admin in the Global Permission

To check, are you also a Jira Administrator or just the Org Admin?

You do require to be Jira Administrator.

The Org-admin group is stored in the Jira Administrator
