I created a dashboard but another user who is Site Admin and Project Admin, and is a member of a group with which the dash is shared, cannot edit. Why can't she edit it? And why can't I find any documentation on dashboard edit permissions?
Only the owner of the Dashboard can edit it.
In order for someone else to edit it, he has to make a copy for him to own.

I run into the same problem, this is definitely a Jira bug.
People who has been added to dashboard editors cannot edit it. This does not make sense at all.
