How to I give a access so they can use the Reports under a project?

Hey Brandy,

If they have access to browse the project in the Permission Scheme, they should be able to run the reports.

The user has permission to Browse, but doesn't see the Reports under the project.

That's very strange then. You might need to open a support tickets with Atlassian then.  :-(
