Questions about Jira board backlog

We can see versions/epics in backlog and I want to ask if we can add other shortcut key under them. Please see the attached screen shot. 

Question 2 is "Can we customize the labels in the backlog issues as screen shot?"

We want to add more field details in here if possible.

The Epics and Versions (sprints) "tabs" are system values and I haven't seen anything out of the box being added to the "tabs" menu. I bet there are some add-on that can provide such feature, but I don't know of any. 

Changing the layout of the backlog cards can be done in the Board settings
