Hi,
we want to raise a issue in SharePoint and that should create a ticket automatically in Jira(we are using cloud based Jira), Can someone help with possible solution ?
Thanks,
Krishna
If you want a Jira issue created automatically when an action is done in SharePoint you would need to write code that runs on SharePoint that in turn uses the Jira REST API to create the Issue in Jira.
While I have played with the REST API a little, I do not know how you would set this up on SharePoint.
Hey Krishna,
Have you looked at using an issue collector?

Hey Krishna,
The issue collector will provide a button (essentially) that when clicked will create an issue in Jira.
