Hello,
We have configured an epic wihich created multiple tasks and subtasks by using the Issue template App.
I am asked to remove multiple subtasks belong to one specific task when tone of the custom field selected as a specific value during the issue creation.
Is that possible? If so, does anyone has a sample automations that I can work with.
Thank you.
For support for that marketplace app, please contact the vendor through their marketplace information:

Kind regards,
Bill
Hello @Bill Sheboy ,
I already created a support ticket with them. I just want to make sure this cannot be resolved with a simple Jira Automation. Thank you.

That may be the case, and I would still start with the vendor's suggestions.
The reason I suggest that is some marketplace apps do not store their data in ways accessible to automation rules. The vendor will know what is possible.
