×Hey, dear community,
I have a question related to the customer satisfaction page in Jira, when a customer rates the ticket with marks it asks for a comment, it's mentioned in the field that the comment is optional, but actually, it doesn't allow to rate unless a comment is written.
Could you kindly help me to fix it and remove the mandatory comment?
Seems, I have set it up neither from the workflow nor from the satisfaction page, where is it customized then?
Hi @Anahit Sukiasyan ,
Unfortunately, this isn't configurable at the moment and it is pre-defined by the system.
Here's a link to CSAT-related suggestions on which you can drop a vote and start watching issues for any changes regarding their development: project = JSDCLOUD AND component = "Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)" AND statusCategory != Done
Cheers,
Tom
Got it, thank for your response!
Voted and started watching the ticket, thanks :)

So that's the only option? Either we accept and patiently wait for Atlassian resolve it or disable csat from all projects? Lol.
It used to work perfectly, but seems like someone made a change to this feature and didn't bother test as a user.
