Resolved Changes are not getting crossed out

Hi,

I am having problems with issues/tasks (specifically change requests) not being crossed out when they are closed. Both the status and the resolution are marked as "Done" through the transition post functions, I have also attempted it by setting the transition to a resolution screen.

Currently the cross-through does not show on any of the related queues, however I do see the changes crossed out in some miscellaneous areas such as the "Activity Stream".

Would be great to know what the issue may be.

Is it the SYSTEM resolution field?

I have seen systems were someone added a resolution field with just a few options, and that Jira doesn't see that as resolved. 

Please verify it is the system field and post a screenshot.

Yes I believe it is the system resolution field that you are speaking about, it is not a field that I have added, shows "Done" with a tick next to the actual status. Screenshot below.

I'm not on service management. But in the software version, when you view the issue it should look like this the field name Resolution: followed by they resolution reason.

Can confirm from what i've looked up that the Resolution in Service Management is shown as seen in my screenshot above.
