No answer to that is ever going to fit in a community post.

We've done hundreds of Cloud migrations, and every single one has been different, with different challenges and problems to be fixed.  

The basic things you need to look at are all well documented in the Atlassian docs on migration. 

The advanced things, and issues and solutions you might have during a migration - there's thousands of stories that could be written...
