Single Select List Custom Field Value doesn't show its value on edit screen

Hello Team,

Here is the problem been facing out.

We have single select list custom field and which 3 contexts.

And for one of the project we are unable to see the value on the edit screen where it shows has none but on the view screen it shows the actual value been selected during the create operation.

Can you please help me with this.

What you the 3 contexts based on for the field? In other words, what's the difference between the 3?

Welcome to community!!

It is quite strange. By default, all cf options are same in create/edit screens. Is there any script (for ex Behaviors) that changes the options? Or maybe you try to edit a value whose context has already been changed after the creation? Can you please create a new issue and try to edit it (considering cf options)?

Also please double check the context scheme.

Yes it is happening for the issues which are previously having the value. But its working fine for the new issues been created.

Can you please help us with the solution for those old issues?
