I have a checkbox called "approved" and a single user field called "approved by"
I am amble to write an automation that If a user clicks Approved, the triggeruser ({{initiator}}) is set to approved by field.
However I cannot find a way, once "approved" has been unchecked, the field "approved by" to be cleared out. I've tried {{clear}}, {{remove}}, {{none}} but nothing seems to work.
Thank you in advance.
For a question like this, please post an image of your complete automation rule, images of any relevant actions / conditions / branches, an image of the audit log details showing the rule execution, and explain what is not working as expected. Those will provide context for the community to offer ideas. Thanks!
Until we see those...
In the rule's edit issue action, have you tried selecting the custom field from the dropdown list and just leaving it empty? That normally works to clear a field.
Kind regards,
Bill
The "{{None}}" does not work, I need it to empty Single pick user field in this place

I just tried that with a company-managed project, using a single user-picker custom field and it worked.
What type of project are you using: company-managed or team-managed?
