Hello I was surprised on Friday 23rd March 2018, with blocked access to my Jira instance (https://emuntech.atlassian.net).
With the following message:
Site unavailable
Your Atlassian Cloud subscription has not been renewed. If you are the site administrator, please check the status of your account on my.atlassian.com.
I lost access to my entire history of comments and issues.
How can you help me? I tried to reactivate the account but I was told to create a new one.
Impossible, I can not lose all my history and projects.

To renew or upgrade your customer's account you must be the original purchaser of the cloud subscription or listed as a contact to their instance.
If you were the original purchaser please follow these steps:
If you were not the original purchaser of the instance, please contact us with the SEN (Support Entitlement Number) of the instance and we will create the quote for you.

I have the exact same issue, but your guide doesn't work for me; I don't see a "Customers" tab when I go to my.atlassian.com.
