Sprint report not ordering closed sprint in order

Hi,

We are experiencing that the dropdown menu to select a sprint on the Sprint Report is not ordered chronologically as it is expected and some of the sprints are out of order.

We have run a re-index to the affected projects with no improvement.

 

Any advice (full re-index is next)?

Sprints are not only a function of the index, but also they are a function of the board they are part of. Reports themselves are board specific. At least in my experience issues we have run into in regards of reporting we have only been able to fix for the future sprints rather than the past one.

What we have had to do was built the workflow over from scratch (not a copy but fully from scratch) and move the project to the "new" workflow

I know it's not the best option but we haven't found any other way once sprints or reporting gets broken.

So in order to fix the chronological dropdown list to select sprints on the Sprint Report, I should recreate (from scratch) the workflows that are associated to the project(s).

Is that correct?
