Suggestion Issue Tyype

Does anyone know if the Suggestion issue type at the following link is a new supported Jira issue type, or does this look like something that was custom built? I have users that are interested in implementing this issue type for our Jira installation, but I need some background first.

Hi Steven,

I have never see than issue type from an out of the box Jira install. So I would say it is a custom created one.

Ah that may be! I have not tried any JPD projects yet.
