Our Summary page is not reflecting reality - I have 49 Done but Summary page shows only 12... and I have triple-checked there are no filters on.
Any suggestions to nudge the page to update correctly?
That appears to be the Summary page for a Jira Work Management project, and so the done items drop off of the view after 14 days. Is that the case for the items not displaying on your view?
Here is a suggestions to make that timeframe configurable, like it is for some other project types (e.g., Jira software, company-managed projects): https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JWMCLOUD-19
Kind regards,
Bill
Bill - follow-up question. I am flailing at getting the query to append. Any pointers to get the strings to work would be appreciated:
URL is https://MYCOMPANY.atlassian.net/jira/core/projects/PD4/summary
String you provided is project = CJSWK AND (fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY) AND status = Done AND NOT (updated >= -2w OR statusCategory != Done) ORDER BY Rank ASC
Assuming project = CJSWK replaced by our project name (PD4) what is syntax to run the JQL? I am not a dev (I'm on infosec side) & not well-versed in JQL.
Thanks, M

The purpose of the work-around is not to update the Summary page. Instead the idea is to:

Hi @Michael P_ O_Hara ,
=> Can you share the screenshot of the page and JQL Query which you have tried.

Hi Asmath - there is no JQL being run. I have no filtering set in any way - they have all been cleared. This is OOTB... the List shows an accurate count of entries marked as Done but the mismatch is obvious per screenshot.
There are 229 total in Summary but I know for certain there are 267 total entries - the question is why is this filtered in a non-filtered view.

Hi Michael,
I'm not sure where you are seeing this summary page, could you explain how you are navigating to it? (Or maybe just give us the url, leaving out the domain - for example https://----.atlassian.net/jira/software/projec.... )

Hi Nic - thanks for the assistance...
Summary ...atlassian.net/jira/core/projects/PD4/summary
List ...atlassian.net/jira/core/projects/PD4/list?sortBy=key&direction=ASC
As you can see there are no filters applied for either. Yet the results are different:
Summary missing 38 items, which are correctly marked as Done in List
List All 267 items are present & correctly defined
Weird, no?

Hi @Michael P_ O_Hara ,
=> Kindly check in the View issues and see the total issues in the filter.
=> If it is mismatched then make a screenshot here for better understanding the issue.

Issues shows same # items as List - 267
Clicking to "go to all issues" also shows 267
Only Summary is wonky

Hi @Michael P_ O_Hara ,
=> Kindly click on the List tab which is near to Summary tab and on the top right corner click on the Filters and see whether the Created date or Updated date has applied any filter or not.
=> And check the Status for same and check on the Date range also.
=> Have a look into this and confirm.

There are no filters of any kind set - where can this be reset to show the entirety of Done items vs. expiring as a sprint would reflect?
This is a business project - with more longitudinal work
