Hello,
I'm trying the Enhanced Search Plugin. It has a banner with the following information:
"Please sync JQL Keywords before using Enhanced Search. Search results will be invalid until Keyword sync is complete."
But when I press "sync JQL Keywords" link, it spins for a while and then returns this error:
"Something's gone wrong

The Enhanced Search app should be from Adaptavist. You can look at the instructions Synchronizing Keywords.
If nothing works, you can try writing to Support Adaptavist or Support Atlassian to help you.

The link to the documentation works for me - https://docs.adaptavist.com/es/current/get-started/synchronizing-keywords. If you use a VPN or are on a corporate network, it is possible that the content is blocked by the company's security policy.
I am adding instructions from the page:
There are several ways to navigate to the Sync Keywords page:Initial Synchronisation
- Click Go to Sync Keywords on the Welcome to Enhanced Search for Jira Cloud post-install page.
- Navigate to the Manage Apps screen. Find Enhanced Search and click Get Started to view the Welcome to Enhanced Search for Jira Cloud post-install page. From this page click Go to Sync Keywords.
- If this is the first synchronization, a banner and link appear when opening Enhanced Search.
- Navigate to the Sync Keywords page. A yellow notification shows if an initial sync is required.
- Click Sync All Issues. All issues in the projects listed under Synchronization are synchronized.
