I'm finding a few community help documentation that reference to "Manage Add-ons", but there is no Add-Ons option in Jira Administrator -> System.
I assume Add-Ons were replaced with Apps or Plug-ins? I'm using Jira Server.
But at the same time I'm questioning this because even the Jira Marketplace uses this language too: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/addons/app/jira
Thanks!
Hi @mikutech - The quick answer is yes, add-ons are now referred to as Marketplace Apps.
check this article that reference the UPM to be able to manage addons from w/in the app - universal-plugin-manager-documentation

Manage Add-Ons option will show under jira Administrator --> manage apps not under administrator --> System.
If you have admin privileges then you can also use short cut. Press gg keys and type manage apps. It will show the link. Hope this help.

I do not have any "Manage Add-Ons" option either on the left side bar menu under "Manage Apps" See screenshot below. This is what my side bar looks like. Do I need to enable it maybe?
I'm specifically looking for the Issue Tab Panels Plugin, which one piece of documentation refers to it under being installed under "Manage Add-Ons" it is not an app in the Atlassian Marketplace.

Basically, If you would like to find new plugins then use Find new apps and search for the plugins that you would like to install. If you would like to manage already installed then use Manage apps. Can you provide the Issue tab Panels plugin link so that we may get some idea.
Manage Add-Ons and Manage Apps both are same.
