Trying to mention assignee via project automation plugin

Hi, I am having a bit of trouble trying to add an assignee to a comment this is the rule I have :

This is the result as you see for some reason it tags UNKNOWN USER instead of an assignee

Any help would be appreciated thank you.

I solved it by using this expression [~accountid:{{assignee.accountId}}]

This simple form worked for me 

Hey {{assignee.displayName}}

Hi, Jack thank you, but this only adds the name i need a mention like you would do with @ like @Jack Brickey
