Hi all,
We have noticed that the RapidBoard drag and drop is no longer working as of today, we keep seeing a JS error whenever we try to drag a ticket as you can see below:
Was there any new change to JIRA cloud? What can I do to fix this?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Michel Tome
Hey @Michel Tome @Steve Lewis @Andreas Bettenburg
I've been trying to reproduce this scenario on my kanban boards, but they are working fine here.
Are all of your affected boards kanban boards? All users can reproduce this on your instance?
Besides that, are you using swimlanes? If so, they are based in Epics, Queries...?
Last but not least, are you using next-gen boards or classic boards?
Gabi

we are using classic scrum board and are facing same issue.

@Gabriele Franck I'm experiencing this issue in a Scrum Board. All users are experiencing the same unless they have an older cached page assets.

Also worth mentioning, on the Board settings the menus on the left hand side just refresh the page with &config=settingName in the URL, but doesn't do the autoscrolling it looks like it should do.

Hi, @Michel Tome
Could you please try to drag and drop one ticket on your board and let me know the outcome?

Heys, guys
Thank you for letting me know it's working now :)
The errors related to boards that have impacted your site today were caused by an instability in our CDN. Our front-end devs were able to apply the fix.
You should not see the problem affecting any user anymore.
