Unable to select a user when java-script disabled.

When browser javascript is disabled i cant select. The select button is unresponsive.Screenshot_2.png

Yes, it relies on javascript.  You need to enable it.

Okay but there should be a messages showing please enable your java script. Maximum users wont know that.

Why?  If they know enough to turn off javascript, then they should know enough about the usual problems it causes, well enough to recognise when they should re-enable it.

You're thinking as a developer here. What if they didnt disable it and it was disabled in someone else computer?

I'm thinking as an end-user, not a developer.

Disabling javascript on some-one else's computer will not affect the user on their own computer.  If they have the knowledge to disable javascript, then they should be aware of the consequences (that most of the web won't work without it)
