Hi All,
As parallel sprint doesn't works for Next Gen projects, Moved all next gen tickets to a new software project and tried to start sprint but an error is thrown as
We couldn't start this sprint because it belongs to the next-gen project CLOPS board which already has a sprint in progress. Next-gen projects do not currently support parallel sprints. Can any one help me please to sort out issue.
It may be possible that issues that you have moved have the sprint value which is created in team managed project!!
Can you also change the sprint value for the issues to match the new sprint created in a company managed project and surely it will then work.
Thanks,
Pramodh
Hi @Pramodh M Thanks for the response, yes i thought same and changed sprint value and created a new unique sprint and moved all tickets under new sprint. Then clicked on start sprint same error shown. Don't know May be few tickets have closed sprint names in dropdown of tickets, will that could cause issue?

Please note an issue can be present in only one sprint at the moment,
And for parallel sprint to work it should be of company managed project board
can you include the screenshot of error you are getting!!

Hi @Rajesh Konda As said correctly team managed projects doesn't support parallel sprints .
As per your query , I tried to move the issue that's been started in sprint in scrum next gen proj to scrum company managed project . it was working fine . when the ticket is moved it will be shown in the started sprint section and you can edit the date . && there were no error .
When you are doing bulk move try to map it correctly otherwise it might show error.
This might help .
Thanks ,
Rishav

Hi @RISHAV KUMAR GUPTA Thanks for the response,
In my Next-Gen project currently one sprint is running, have taken few of future sprint tickets and moved them to a scrum company managed project and tried starting sprint on new project the above error is thrown, thought issue could be with sprint name as i used same name on both projects.
Then i editing Sprint name and again tried to start sprint but no luck again same issue occurred.
Moved one ticket to new status, During bulk operation i have mapped all types and project correctly, cross checked again all were moved properly but same error.

@RISHAV KUMAR GUPTA, thank you. I'm not sure how it started, but I tried a few minutes ago. The sprint began without any modifications.
Thank you both for your assistance, I greatly appreciate it.
