Hi all,

Do any of you have the same experience as I have I suddenly see the Free Trail button on all app that are free up to 10 users.

I have my own free Jira Cloud subscription, I have no more then 10 users or 3 agents licensed.

If I look into the Managed subscription section I see most apps as suspended, do any of you have the same experience?

Hi all,

I did notice that on all the apps the Entitlement ID is missing or removed.

If I uninstall an app, I can also not install it again.

Hi @Kinnera 

The problem in my case was that one of the up to 10 user free apps, was changed to always payment required no matter what the tier.

On removing this app via the Atlassian Admin section, within products I found the app and removed it from my tier.

All worked fine after this.

Thank you for the quick response!

Let me try this approach, but as far as I know, I do not have such an app installed in my instance. If I did, I uninstalled it, and I do not see the app under the Products section. 

The issue is still there for me.

Hi @Kinnera 

Check using the following steps:

  1. Log into your cloud site
  2. Click on the Application Menu icon located in the bottom left of your screen
  3. Select the Gear icon for Site Administration
  4. Select Billing
  5. Select Manage Subscription
  6. Select the product that you wish to unsubscribe from
  7. click the 3 dots beside manage users and select "Delete"

Unfortunately, this didn't resolve either. I just want to wait for this billing cycle to complete and verify if that solves the problem. 

I will update you here later about the progress.

Actually, I tried, but I am on a Free plan, so I couldn't reach them.
