User Settings - Is there a fault with Jira Software setting

I am trying to do some housekeeping, and tidying up the users and what access they have and need. However the Jira Software setting always says "Never used this product" when I know they have used it. Does anyone know why this does not show when someone last logged into Jira, and only works for Confluence.
