Hi!
I have a headscratcher to a problem that I would need help with. I have created a scrum board with several sprints, 1 active and 5 future sprints. I would like to add one specific ticket to the fifth future sprint, and I as a Jira admin are able to do it however when another user try to do it he will only see the first 3 future sprints but not the 2 last one in that board. When he tries to add a sprint in the sprint field he can only see the active sprint and the first 3 sprints and he is not able to search for it.
Anyone that has an idea why I am able to do this and he is not?
Apparently the issue will be solved if the user go to the backlog of the specific board which have all the sprints. Then he/she will be able to select the sprints directly from the issues. A re-indexing of Jira doesn´t resolve this though...
Hi Eric
I have faced same issue on Jira Server 8.13, have you fired a bug to Atl team?

Hi Vitaliy!
I never did, but since you also have the same problem it must be a bug. Therefore I just created a bug report and will get back to you when I get a response from Atlassian.

from Server 8.11 maybe there are other related bugs already. Anyway thank you.

Thank you! Seems like an upgrade to new version will solve it then :)

For people finding this,
This issue still persists in v 8.12.1 you need to upgrade to 8.13.1 or 8.14.0
