User can't change display language

When they want to change the language they see the box with the error "Couldn't save your preferences".

Is there anything I can do to enable this functionality? Or is this a bug within JIRA?

Hi @Mauricio Payetta it seems to be a bug, users should be able to change their language in their profile without a problem. If they change another preference, does it work?

Hi David,

Not it doesn't. I have tried to change the watch option and other settings even making the users admin.

I have seen two issues logged about this at Atlassian.

Both are still open.

 

I even made a new Cloud instance today for a test, but the issue still remains
