Using Script runner on Jira cloud instead of Bulk Clone add on

Is there anyway to use Script runner instead of Bulk clone on Jira Cloud?

Due to the end of support for Jira server, I find the solution for replacing adds on. In those, Bulk clone is a problem for me.
