We don´t recieve e-mail notifications

We don´t recieve any e-mail notifications from Cloud Confluence. Nothing has changed in our settings but the last notification was send on 23 of June.

Welcome to the community. 

Have you checked your company's spam filtering and mail settings? It is possible that if your company is using something like mimecast then it can be filtering out the emails from reaching your inboxes.

Hello,

  1. We checked spam filter for company e-mail (example marcela.kralickova@cgm.com) and also for private email (example ozcgm@seznam.cz).
  2. We checked email notification settings on user level https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/subscribe-to-email-notifications/
  3. We checked further configuration on admin level.
  4. When we use share function on page level, we receive email from Confluence.

 Email notification still doesn’t work.
